How I Use Reiki in a Session

   In my sessions, Reiki is used to support emotional balance, mental clarity, and physical ease. Many clients experience a deep sense of peace, grounding, and renewed vitality. This gentle modality works in partnership with your body’s innate intelligence, allowing healing and well-being to unfold naturally.

 

What is Reiki?

 

   Reiki is a gentle, hands-on or distance-based energy practice that supports relaxation, balance, and the body’s natural healing processes. It works with universal life-force energy to calm the nervous system, release stress, and restore harmony within the energy field. Reiki honors the body’s innate intelligence and supports healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.

 

   In my sessions, Reiki is offered in a calm, respectful, and supportive environment. Whether in person or remotely, you will remain fully clothed and comfortably supported. Most clients experience a deep sense of relaxation, warmth, peace, or gentle energetic sensations as the body settles into a state of balance.

 

   Each Reiki session is guided by your individual needs and intentions. I work intuitively with your energy field, chakras, and overall system, allowing your body to receive exactly what it needs in that moment. Sessions often support emotional balance, mental clarity, physical ease, and a renewed sense of grounding and connection.

 

   Many clients report feeling lighter, calmer, and more centered after a session. Some experience increased insight, improved sleep, or a greater sense of resilience and well-being. Reiki works gently and respectfully, allowing healing and integration to unfold naturally over time.

 

What to Expect in a Reiki Session

 

   Before your session, we will briefly discuss your goals, intentions, and any areas you would like support with. You are welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable.

 

   During the session, you will relax fully clothed on a treatment table or in a comfortable seated position. I will place my hands lightly on or just above specific areas of the body, or work within your energy field. For remote sessions, the process is similar in intention and effect, guided by the understanding that energy knows no distance.

 

   After the session, we will take a few moments to reflect on your experience and any insights that may have emerged. You may feel deeply relaxed, refreshed, emotionally lighter, or quietly energized. Drinking water and allowing time for rest and integration afterward is encouraged.

 

   Reiki sessions are designed to support your body’s natural wisdom, helping you reconnect with your own inner balance, clarity, and self-healing capacity.
